Resolution Process


We hear your concerns

At GoCo, we are committed to work diligently to ensure our customers have the best customer experience possible. Your business is important to us, so we make sure to do everything we can to resolve your issues.

Situations may arise that are beyond the usual scope, and we’re happy to work together to find reasonable outcomes that will be a win-win. If you’ve been trying to resolve an issue that is still unresolved, please contact us. We will respond to you within 1 business day.

If, however, we cannot resolve your issue; you can contact the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS). The CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate it is to resolve complaints consumers have regarding their telecom and television services, and complaints small business customers have regarding their telecom services.

CCTS assistance is provided free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or television service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so, and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.
