Reset your Voice portal password

If you previously had access to our Voice portal and forgot your password, go to the password reset page and complete these fields before submitting the form:

• Username: your company direct phone number and extension, typically in this format: 18885554444×999
• Email: your company email address

You will then receive an automated email with a link to provide your new password.
